The video game addiction is a psychological disorder characterized as an irresistible and obsessive desire to play video games. The addiction to video games result in the players behavior as being repetitive and compulsive, as in pathological gamblers or consumers of psychoactive substances.

Psychoanalysts call into question the notion of addiction applied to objects that are not drugs, such as video games, work or jogging, arguing that in this case, one could argue that all passion is pathological. Like drugs, one can speak of a real addiction and mental disorders found with similar loss of interest and loss of emotional, relational and intellectual. One can even see the physical effect as weight loss among players can be visible for those who spend all their time in front of the screen and forget to eat.

There is talk of addiction when the game becomes a persons main center of interest, and takes precedence at the expense of other activities (relational, professional, school, sport, leisure …) The concept of withdrawal into oneself is also almost always found.

This addiction is of particular concern during adolescence, an important period when games and education do not mix.

The games most likely to result in such dependence are the role-play massively multiplayer online (MMORPG) in which the player evolves in a virtual universe, such as Dark Age of Camelot, World of Warcraft, Everquest or Evercrack known by some, Warhammer Online, Guild Wars, Lineage 2, Travian, MMORPG, Metin2, Lord Of The Rings Online, Age of Conan Aion or Flyff.

All these games are popular network games. So they are played with other real players. The addictive nature stems from the knowledge that this gaming universe continues to evolve even when the player is not playing – which encourages a player to play a lot.

Not everyone is capable of becoming addicted to video games but some are more fragile than others. The adolescent who has difficulty in accessing the autonomy within the family does. By playing a lot, the adolescent will be exposed to some sort of distorted relationship with the real world. This can lead to anti-social behavior and possiblly more social problems in the future.

Homophobia characterizes many Australian male’s psyche. It’s as if where there’s no overt machismo, he will fear being shown up as a ‘girl’s blouse,’ especially around his mates. And this reveals a snare to this mentality. To become a real man he’s got to learn to temper his natural aggression and embrace some of the feminine psyche. This could make any man shriek!

A quick look at the female psyche reveals some qualities every man needs.

Apart from a certain hormonal moodiness that can plague any female on a cyclic basis, women are generally much closer to the godly ideal than men are. Amongst other things, they’re more in touch with their emotions and generally more honest with themselves than men are. They’re also more relational. In a word, they’re more authentic.

For a ‘bloke’ to come close to approaching the character ideal of Christ he needs to take on board some of the characteristics of authenticity associated with that of the ‘tender gender.’

He can learn a lot about humility, honesty and finally courage by becoming more female.

Most of all females are nurturing, and that trait alone sums up something of God that the man lacks and therefore needs.

In an interesting twist however, there are many young females departing from the traditional and natural female character ideal toward the weaker male ideal, and this is a great travesty. They’re doing this for a great many reasons, but it’s sad to see women becoming ‘more bloke’ to impress men, or their blokey female peers, or as a response to a world they think wants them to behave this way. Yet women going this way should realize it’s a character trap to be inauthentic as manifested either by a lack of self-honesty, courage or humility.

If only both genders would take the female character ideal and set that up with the yoke and approach of Jesus there would be much more moral godliness displayed in our society.

Americans in general are working more and more hours. More than before, as well as more than their European counterparts. We need to learn to relax a bit more. Family, work, friends all keep us busy. What do other countries know about relaxation. Maybe we can learn. You need to learn more about chair massage.

Many companies will provide chair massage for incentives to employees for hard work, or profitable numbers. What we do not all know (myself included until recently) is that massage in a chair can relieve many ailments from aches and pains to migraines and stress. The individual who will give this massage is usually an independent worker who will bring his/her own equipment to the work site. Unlike many massages, this one is done in a portable chair, fully clothed.

Companies actually do this. Even though it sounds like a luxury, remember that a lot of larger companies have, on their premises, conveniences such as nap rooms and day care.

A masseuse who will come to the site with equipment can be used to provide incentives or reward hard-working individuals, while relieving stress.

As an employer, are you providing health care for your employees? Take chair massage into consideration. You will have fewer absences and better functioning individuals. They will produce great numbers and will be an overall benefit to the employer and employee.

When studying different languages, one can’t deny how exciting it is to discover that many cultures have the same word and customs of massage. The word comes from the Latin word friction”, as well as from the French word meaning friction or kneading”, and the Arabic word massage” meaning to touch, feel or handle.

Massage isn’t a new form of stress/pain relief.

It has been passed down through the ages and through many cultures, specifically Chinese. There are records dating back 3,000 years to document the use of massage. The ancient Hindus, Persians and Egyptians applied forms of massage for many ailments – even Hippocrates wrote papers recommending the use of rubbing and friction for joint and circulatory problems.

Now this gets more interesting. It is not something new, it doesn’t require strong prescription medication and it can be done in the office. Surely every employer wants happy employees, and every employee wants to be able to do his/her job as best as can be. Don’t we all work toward an incentive other than the pay check? For my husband and me, we just want to be able to work and support our family. We don’t want to become billionaires. Life is too short. We just want to get the job done, mortgage paid, extra-curricular dance and music for our girls.

In the morning, before my husband begins his day, I encourage him to stretch out. He drives many miles a day and works in a busy office and with clients. His company doesn’t offer chair massage yet. We are hoping that soon they will begin to offer this, as I know it will help with the stress, head and neck pain. He does make an effort to go in for massages as he knows the benefits. We’re waiting until the company offers it and it’s done on their time for their benefit!

What is Allergy.
An allergy is a reaction of your immune system to something that does not bother most other people. People who have allergies often are sensitive to more than one thing.
How do you get allergies?
Scientists think both genes and the environment have something to do with it. Normally, your immune system fights germs. It is your body’s defense system. In most allergic reactions, however, it is responding to a false alarm. Allergies can cause a runny nose, sneezing, itching, rashes, swelling or asthma. Symptoms vary. Although allergies can make you feel bad, they usually won’t kill you.

Types Of Allergies.
Skin Allergy.
The skin forms an effective barrier to the entry of most allergens, but can be breached by local injection of small amounts of allergen, foe example by a stinging insect.

The entry of allergen causes a localized allergic reaction. Local mast-cell activation in the skin leads immediately to a local increase in vascular permeability, which causes extravasations of fluid. The mast cell activation also stimulates a nerve axon reflex, causing the vasodilatation of surrounding coetaneous blood vessels. The resulting skin lesion is called a wheal-and flare reaction. About 8 hours later, a more widespread and sustained edematous response appears in some individuals as a consequence of the late-phase response. A disseminated form of the wheal-and-flare reaction, known as urinary or hives, sometimes appears when ingested allergens enter the bloodstream and reach the skin. Histamine released by mast cells activated by allergen in the skin causes large, itchy red swellings beneath the skin.

Food Allergy.
When an allergen is eaten two types of allergic response are seen. Activation of mucosal mast cells associated with the gastrointestinal tract can lead to transepithelial fluid loss and smooth muscle contraction, generating vomiting and diarrhea In addition, connective tissue mast cells in the deeper layers of the skin are also activated, presumably by IgE antibodies binding to the ingested and absorbed allergen borne by the blood, resulting in urticaria.

Smoke Allergy.
Cigarette smoke contains a number of toxic chemicals and irritants. People with a cigarette smoke allergy may be more sensitive to cigarette smoke than others, and research studies indicate that smoking may aggravate allergies. Smoking does not just harm smokers but also those around them. Research has shown that children and spouses of smokers tend to have more respiratory infections and asthma than those of non-smokers. In addition, exposure to secondhand smoke can increase the risk of allergic complications such as sinusitis and bronchitis.

Dust Mite Allergy.
Dust mite allergy is an allergy to a microscopic organism that lives in the dust found in all dwellings and workplaces. Up to 10 percent of people have duct Mite Allergy.

Pet Allergy.
Many people think that pet allergy is provoked by the fur of cats and dogs. Researchers have found, however, that the major allergens are proteins in the saliva. These proteins stick to the fur when the animal licks itself. Urine is also a source of allergy-causing proteins, as is the skin. When the substance carrying the proteins dries, the proteins can then float into the air. Cats may be more likely than dogs to cause allergic reactions because they lick themselves more, may be held more, and spend more time in the house, close to human. Some rodebts, such as guinea pigs and gerbils, have become increasingly popular as household pets. They, too, can cause allergic reactions in some people, as can mice and rats. Urine is the major source of allergens from these animals.

Pollen allergy.
Pollen allergy is a type of seasonal allergic rhinitis that typically occurs in the spring, summer, and fall when pollen grains are released from trees, weeds, and grasses. Of all the different types of allergies, pollen is one of the most common. Although preventive measures can be taken for other types of allergies — such as foods, animals, and medicines this type is more difficult to prevent and avoid because there is no easy way to avoid airborne pollen.

Cockroach Allergy.
Cockroaches are one of the most common and allergenic of indoor pests. They are commonly found in crowded cities and in the southern United States. Certain proteins in cockroach feces and saliva can also be found in house dust.

Latex Allergy.
Latex gloves have proved effective in preventing transmission of many infectious diseases to healthcare workers. But for some workers, exposure to latex may result in allergic reactions. Reports of such latex allergies have increased in recent years — especially among healthcare workers.

Nowadays, we are faced with so many distorted facts about cancer but we do not have how to prevent or treat it properly as well as the causes from this disease . Here are some common questions I’ve been asked about cancer so you can gain a little knowledge about the subject.

Q. Why is there so much cancer now days?

A. It’s because of the way we now live compared to 40 to 50 years ago when cancer was rare and it’s these changes that has caused the problem.

Q. What is the cause of cancer?

A. Cancer doesn’t have a single cause, it has many causes, our wrong food choices being just one of them but it’s the most important cause. Other contributing factors are our sedentary lifestyle and the chemicals we encounter everyday. All these causes weaken our defence system which allows cancer cells to become established.

Q.

My friend’s father had treatment for his cancer but died a year later, why didn’t it cure him?

A. The treatments now days are only removing cancer growths; they don’t look at the root cause why it first appeared so naturally it will just reappear again, usually in some other location.

Q. If my cancer has reappeared is it too late to do something about it?

A. No, it’s never too late, the human body has a natural ability to heal itself but it does need a little help by making simple lifestyle changes.

Q. What is the connection between cancer and the immune system?

A. The immune system is very important because it’s the reason why the cancer appeared in the first place; it had been weakened and allowed cancer cells to become established.

Q.

How does our wrong food choices cause us to get cancer?

A. We need to maintain our health throughout life and the food we eat daily with its vitamins and phytochemicals does that for us. Today we are mostly eating processed food and any food that’s been processed has lost its nutritional value.

Q. Can cancer be passed from one person to another?

A. No, it can’t, it is not contagious.

Q. What about genetics, we are told that if our parents had cancer it is likely that we will also get cancer?

A. It’s not genetics in so much as lifestyle factors; we pick up bad habits from our parents because they were our teachers. These habits can be easily broken.

Q. How successful is radiation and chemotherapy?

A. While our orthodox medical system does have its share of success with some leukaemia’s and lymphomas, unfortunately the most common cancers are as resistance to their treatments as they were 40 to 50 year ago.

Q. What about cancer tests like mammograms for breast cancer and PSA test for prostate cancer?

A. They are important but they are not 100 percent reliable. Also for cancer to be detected it has to be of a certain size so it takes many years before symptoms become apparent.

Q. Is there other ways to treat cancer or are there only surgery, radiation and chemotherapy?

A. Yes there are other ways and that is to address the reasons why the cancer first appeared and allow the body to heal which it will do. By doing so you are strengthening the immune system and the body will remove the cancer naturally.

Q. How long will it be before we have a cure for cancer?

A. Unfortunately that’s not going to happen. We’ve been looking for a cure for nearly 40 years since President Nixon declared war on the disease in 19:71. Cancer is a deficiency disease and you won’t fix that with a pill. The only way to cure it is to remedy the deficiency.

We spend billions of dollars in treating cancer today yet we spend little promoting the consumption of fresh fruit and vegetables, foods that medicine well knows are helpful in preventing and reversing cancer. Unfortunately the bulk of research money goes towards looking for a cure, not preventing cancer or promoting treatments that are beneficial.

The techniques to seduce a woman are not as hard as they seem. It is not all about being super hot or rich. It’s not about those sexy eyes you might or might not have. Flirting is about wanting and being determined to get it.

These tips will help you learn how to please women and even how to pick up women at the mall or any other place.

Tip #1 – Flattery with Caution

Women are not stupid. If you’re going to use flattery, try to be honest as possible. Your compliments should be based on something real.

Avoid making up something just for the sake of it. It will look faked and she will reject you.

Tip #2 – Saying “Hello” for the First Time

Greet her with confidence. Your voice tells it all. Don’t go all shy and approach her with a weak nervous voice.

Even if you are nervous, hide it. Greet her happily with energy.

Tip # 3 – Direct Eye Contact

Make eye contact as soon as possible.

But be careful. Don’t stare like a perverted maniac because she’ll feel that you are being intrusive. Practice your eye contact and expressions in the mirror.

Tip # 4 – Talking

Be yourself while acting that you’re very interested in the other person. People always enjoy talking about themselves in general. You can ask her things, but don’t be too personal.

This means you shouldn’t ask questions about religion or her political preferences. To make her more comfortable, you can start by telling her something personal about yourself.

Tip # 5 – Timing Your Flirting

It’s not about how long you flirt, but about how well you do it. Don’t linger so long that you suddenly find yourself that there is nothing more to talk about. Give her your number and leave.

Give her time to think about it. If you do it right, she might ask you to stay.

Remember that the most important thing about how to seduce women is taking the initiative.
